This contains a step by step profile builder, which would enable you to have your profile created on HeavenMarry.com. Even though many fields are optional filling, all the fields gives you a faster and more focused result. We urge you to fill out the form as completely as possible to experience the full power of the site.

3.       Please explain some of the terms used in the Profile Builder Form?
Profile Title *- This is a brief heading of your profile, which would indicate to other users what your detailed profile contains. Profile ID *- This is the user-id that you would be using while interacting with other users on HeavenMarry.com Created By *- The “Created by” drop-down menu allows you to identify your relationship with the created profile.

4.       What does the “Preferred Partner Profile Creation” page contain?
The Preferred partner profile creation page is also similar to the Profile Builder Form. This essentially includes details that you would like to have in your preferred partner.

5.       Can I upload my photograph?
After completing the details for your preferred partner profile, you have the option of uploading your photograph. You can upload a maximum of five photographs. You can further choose to make the photograph public or protected or hidden. Photograph uploading is not a mandatory requirement and you can also choose to skip it if you so desire. However, having a photograph uploaded would enhance your profile further.

6.       Why should I attach my photograph to my Heaven Marry profile?
A picture is worth a thousand words and makes your profile truly come alive! Our statistics have clearly revealed that adding a photograph to your matrimonial profile does not only increase the number of times your profile is viewed but also multiplies the level of your responses. And in addition, it enables you to get featured in Photo Searches. Infract, the most viewed and popular profiles are the ones that have an attached photograph. 7.       Does the Photo Upload Feature grant me any flexibility?
Yes, you can upload up to 5 photographs and create your own personalized photo album. However do make sure that your face is clearly visible in your default photo. You can choose any one to be your default photo at a time and can keep on interchanging /deleting or adding new photographs. Moreover, this feature empowers you with complete privacy controls, facilitating you to show your photograph only to the people you are interested in and hide it at any time you wish to.

8.       Are there any do’s & don’ts I need to take care of while uploading my photograph?

o        The image file should be in JPG or GIF Format

o        The size of each photograph must not exceed 500 KB.

o        Do note that the ideal width & height must be 3.5 X 5 inches (Postcard Size) in 72 dpi.

o        Moreover, your chosen photograph(s) must be in accordance with the socially acceptable standards. Heaven Marry reserves the right to remove/delete any photograph that violates socially accepted norms of decency and/or contains any form of nudity.

o        Also, do not post caricatures or copyrighted images

9.   Give me some advice/ tips to make my photograph look better
Here are some time tested tricks that have done wonders for our users:-

o        Choose a solo photograph having a close-up or a full view. Keep away from group photographs where you are only a small part of the whole photo because it raises confusion for the viewer and also encourages comparisons which may not always work to your advantage

o        Professionally clicked snaps are would make a great difference in comparison to the ones clicked by you at random. Professionals are well versed with the right angles, lightening and backdrops and adjust them to make you look your best. So getting a snap professionally clicked is definitely worth the effort.

o        Choose photographs where you are the focus of attention and not the scenery surrounding you. Your prospective partner wants to judge you and not the beauty around you!!

o        Consider picking up photographs that are bright and colorful. Photographs tend to become a little darker when seen on your desktop, so avoid posting photographs shot in the night.

o        After selecting and scanning your photograph, do not forget to use Image Enhancing Soft wares like Adobe PhotoShop or Corel Photo paint. Many good cyber cafes offer services in this regard. 10.   How Do I Add photographs to my profile?
There are 3 ways in which you can post a photograph.

1.       UPLOAD THE PICTURE FROM YOUR COMPUTER YOURSELF

§         Log-in with your Heaven Marry ID

§         Click on “My Profile”

§         Click on “Edit my Profile”

§         Click on “Continue to Step 2” and subsequently on “Continue to Step 3”

§         Click on the “Browse” button , select a photograph you want to upload from your computer and click on “ Upload” You can upload up to 3 photographs and choose any to be your default photo. Also. You can choose any of the privacy options provided at this stage.

2.       BY EMAIL Attach the files with your photo(s) and mail them across to help@heavenmarry.com. Remember to write in your Name, Log-in ID along with Profile ID and Password. We will upload it with in 48 hours and inform you thereafter.

3.       BY SNAILMAIL If you do not have a digital photo of yourself, then read the instructions about how to add a non-digital photograph and send us your photograph at the address given there.

11.   Is it safe to post my photo along with my profile?
Yes, it is absolutely safe to add a photograph to your profile as we have ensured that the privacy controls remain in your command. All your posted photographs are coded and tamperproof. Moreover, you have the facility to display your photo only to members you are interested in. Finally, you can change your photo display settings whenever you want to.

12.   I have a normal, non - digital photograph of myself. Can I still add it to my Profile on HeavenMarry.com?
Yes, HeavenMarry.com provides a FREE scanning and image digitizing service to all its members. If you do not have a soft copy then do send us your photograph at the address given below. We will be more than happy to scan, enhance, optimize and upload and attach it to your profile.

Please put your photograph in a non-crushable envelope with your HeavenMarry.com Log-in ID, Profile ID, Name, email ID and signature written behind the photograph.

HeavenMarry.com is not responsible or liable for any photographs that may get damaged or lost in transit. In addition, do note that photographs will NOT be returned in any condition so please ensure that you send us only a duplicate or a copy.

After receiving your photograph we will upload your photograph wit in the next 48 hours. Once attached, we will notify you via email.
 

13.   How do I know that I have been successfully registered?
As mentioned earlier, successful registration on HeavenMarry.com involves a four step process, Registration, Profile Creation, Preferred Profile Creation and Photograph Uploading(optional). When you have completed all these steps, you have successfully registered yourselves on HeavenMarry.com.
You would receive an automated mail confirming your registration from our team. After your profile has been checked for its content, it would be available on the site within 48 hours.

2.       What is “My Favorite Profiles”?
“My Favorite Profiles” is a part of “My Dashboard”. This section enables you to clip and save the profiles that you have selected through your searches. The profiles are displayed in the form of search results displaying the profile title, age, location, occupation/education etc. You can further compare within the selected profiles as well as initiate contact with the profile that you wish to meet. What it means is that only a bride can select a groom and vice-versa.

3.       I noticed a section having the heading “Profiles contacted by me”. What is it all about?
As is evident from the heading, this section saves information about the profiles that you have contacted. This enables you to keep a record of all the profiles that you have initiated a contact with.

4.       What does the section “Profiles accepted by Me” contain?
In this option, you can view the profiles from whom you got a request and whose initial contact you have accepted.

5.       What is the difference between the sections “Profiles who contacted me” & “Profiles contacted by me”?
The difference is simple. While the section “Profiles who contacted me” contains a list of profiles who have initiated a contact with you, the section “Profiles contacted by me” contains a list of profiles that you have initiated a contact with.

The section “My Accepted Profiles” contains the profiles of users who have accepted your initial contact.

This service displays the profiles of people that match the criteria specified by you, although you may not necessarily match the criteria that they have specified.

10.   What is “ Two Waymatch”?
This Value-added matchmaking is available to members who have subscribed to a membership on HeavenMarry.com. This allows you to get 100% matching results, in that not only do you match the criteria selected by the other person but they also match the criteria selected by you.

        SEARCHING AND MATCHING PROFILE

1.       How can I search for my partner on HeavenMarry.com? What are the search options available?
The search on HeavenMarry.com has been designed in a user-friendly way so that it is always effective and yields the results that you are looking for. Essentially, 2 kinds of search options are available on HeavenMarry.com- Quick Search & Advanced Search.

2.       What is the Quick Search & Advanced Search option?
The Quick Search option on HeavenMarry.com enables you to search fast using parameters like Age, Religion, Mother Tongue etc. The Advanced Search on the other hand, uses several more parameters like height, weight, body type, and complexion and so on. Both are effective searches and yield results efficiently. You are advised to fill in as many relevant parameters to get relevant results.

3.       Please explain some of the terms used in the Search Parameters
*Search Agent- This is an option that appears after you log in of saving your searches with a name that you can give. This option appears after you log in. If you want to search later, you would just need to specify that search agent name and fire the same search. For example, if a search is carried out with the parameters, say religion & age, the search is saved under a Search Agent name specified by you, which you can use for later searches.

4.       In what order are the partner search results displayed?
The search results are displayed in the order of membership status for users who are members and in terms of freshness for non-members. If you want to search in terms of freshness, please click on the “Freshness” button on the extreme right of the “Search Result” panel.

Clip Profile- After selecting a few profiles, when you click on this button, the selected profiles would be saved in the “My Favorite Profiles” section. But remember, you should be logged in for using the service.

Compare- This button is for comparing profiles at the time of search. You can select up to 5 profiles & compare them on parameters like Age, location, occupation, marital status & mother tongue.

5.       What is Profile ID?
The Profile ID is your unique ID that you selected for yourself at the time of registration. This is the name by which by which you be known on the site. A user can see your profile details by inputting the profile ID in the given profile ID box on the home page.

6.       I am aware of my profile ID. How do I search for my details through this ID?
You can search for your profile details, if you know your profile ID. To search for your profile, just input your profile ID in the box with the caption “Enter Profile ID” and click on the button “Go”. The profile corresponding to the Profile ID will appear. Likewise, another user can locate your profile details by inputting your profile ID in the box provided on the home page.

        SUBSCRIPTION

1.       I want to subscribe to a Membership on HeavenMarry.com. What are the kind of packages available?
There are 5 membership packages available on HeavenMarry.com, viz Platinum, Diamond, Gold, Silver & Free Subscription. Depending on the package chosen, you can avail of the services contained in that package. A matrix containing the list of services along with the packages and their duration is showcased through the following screen shot.

2.       Please explain some of the terms used in the Subscription Services matrix?
Initiate Contact- The option to initiate contact with the profile that you choose is free across all package options.

Personalized Service- When you choose to contact a profile, you have the option of sending a personalized message also along with it.

Set Filters- You have the option to specify the parameters that would act as filters in your search. For example-if you opt for a non-smoking partner, all profiles that have smoking as an attribute would be displayed later in your search.

Comparative- This option allows you to compare profiles at the time of search. You can select up to 5 profiles & compare them on parameters like age, location, occupation, marital status & mother tongue.

Photo album- You can add multiple photos and get 10 times higher response.

One Way Match- This is one of the value-added services available to members on HeavenMarry.com. This service displays the profiles of people that match the criteria specified by you, although you may not necessarily match the criteria that they have specified.

Two Way Match- This Value-added matchmaking allows you to get 100% matching results, in that not only do you match the criteria selected by the other person but they also match the criteria selected by you.

Highlight- This option allows you to highlight your profile and make it stand out amongst the crowd.

Featured Profile Link- By taking the Featured Profile Link, you get prominent showcasing on the Home Page, for 15 days.

Picture Profile Link- By taking the Picture Profile Link, you get prominent showcasing on the Home Page, for 30 days.

3.       I have selected the package that I would like to choose. What is the next step?
After you have selected the package, you would be taken to the Invoice page, which would detail the subscription, selected by you and would also provide choice of payment mode. You can pay through Cheque/Demand Draft & Credit Card. If you choose to pay through credit card, you would be taken to the Payment Gateway.

If however, you choose to pay through cheque/Demand Draft, then you would be sent a mail with details like your profile ID, name & reference no. This is required to uniquely identify you. After your cheque has been cleared, your subscription would be activated.
